Diaper-wearing man arrested for dropping trow, ‘shaking’ genitals at kids getting off school bus: Police

Rowan County Sheriff’s Office booking photo for Terry Lynn Horne It was an after-school special from hell when a 52-year-old man allegedly wearing just a T-shirt and diaper exposed himself and began “shaking” his privates at a group of young children as they filed off a school bus in North Carolina this week. Terry Lynn Horne of Salisbury, North Carolina, was arrested by Rowan County sheriff’s deputies on Wednesday just after 3 p.m., according to arrest records obtained by Law&Crime.
