‘It should come as no surprise’: Video shows guy with ‘All gas no brakes’ neck tattoo crashing while allegedly fleeing cops

Timothy Hogue, who has a neck tattoo that says “All gas, no brakes” is accused of breaking into cars and fleeing cops in Polk County, Florida. He crashed into a parked car while driving upwards of 80 mph, deputies said. Deputies arrested him and a woman on Nov. 13, 2013, on numerous burglary charges.
