Lilly and Edward Lilly (LVMPD) A 42-year-old mother in Nevada and her 43-year-old husband have been arrested after the woman’s 13-year-old emaciated daughter was found wandering around in a grocery store parking lot because she was allegedly “tired” of at-home punishments that included being beaten, burned, and starved. Kacey V. Lilly and Edward Lilly were taken into custody last week and charged with three counts each of child abuse/neglect and two counts each of child abuse/neglect resulting in substantial bodily harm, court records show.
