An Indiana teenager was found dead in jail days after being taken into custody for drug possession — and her family wants answers. Shellby L. Hall, 18, was being held in the Madison County Jail at the time of her death, Indiana State Police said in a press release. She was reportedly arrested for possession of methamphetamines and driving under the influence.
