Newly released body camera footage shows what happened when pop superstar Britney Spears was pulled over for speeding in September. After a California Highway Patrol Officer pulled Spears over at around 2:30 p.m. on Sept. 10 for driving at least 60 mph in a 45 mph zone, Spears is heard apologizing repeatedly.
